When will I get my order?

We will ship your order within 3 working days - sooner where possible. If you've requested a TikTok Packing Video, please allow us an additional day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Goods ship from Melbourne, Australia & are sent via Australia Post. 

How much does shipping cost?

All parcels are sent with via Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post) with tracking provided. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will know the shipping price before you purchase. 

Orders over $75 receive free standard shipping & over $100 receive free express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately due to the high cost of shipping from Australia, it is not overly viable to ship internationally as it can range anywhere from $35-$75AUD. If you are really keen and would be happy to cover this, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@prettikittiscoops.com and we can see what is possible.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges on our scoops & mystery bundles. The nature of these is random so all sales are final. Please open and check your items as soon as you have received them. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately at hello@prettikittiscoops.com If any item arrives damaged however, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
